Monk Haven is a small cove near to the village of St Ishmaels. It consists of red sandstone pebbles backed by a large (12 foot) wall and flanked by low sandstone cliffs. A stream flows across the beach. Access is via the coast path, or by following the narrow lane (signposted Monk Haven) on the west side of St Ishmaels.
